Salesforce Developer

Looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience. There are multiple openings. Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and individual contributors (ICs) in Salesforce best practices, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for Salesforce usage and integration.
• Solution Design: Design and develop scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current processes and tools, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation within the Salesforce platform.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to influence and guide teams in adopting best practices and driving organizational change.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e. g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
