Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our Salesforce platform, optimizing processes, and driving user adoption.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our Salesforce platform, optimizing processes, and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and integration strategies.
- Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data models.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance for all deployments.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to leverage new functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes relevant to Salesforce.
- Experience in mobile app development on the Salesforce platform is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
