The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for providing front line interaction between Account Management and internal departments related to renewals and customers as directed for all lines of the Digital Security Solutions Entrust business.

Their primary job function is to increase efficiency to faster “closes” within the renewal cycle. This includes generating and supporting quote creation alongside the reps utilizing CPQ and other systems, data entry in Saleforce.com during cross functional account planning sessions to help with documenting customer conversations interactions, helping maintain accurate customer sat through purposeful front-line communication through the “quoting lifecycle”, assisting with data reconciliation between systems all focused on accurate customer depiction of sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams
  • Attend team meetings with the goal of operational efficiency, closing business faster and serving customers
  • Provide quotations in conjunction with the Account managers using CPQ/Oracle, including discounts where applicable, based on the approval authority matrix.
  • Efficient use of tools related to ECS accounts, certificates and renewals
  • Partner with the Order Management team to ensure smooth transition from quoting through to ordering, and PO processing, fulfilment ensure all details are accurate and account history is communicated as needed; follow-up with customers to resolve issues
  • Provide pricing assistance with pricing inquiries if not standard protocols, as needed, to sales representatives
  • Work closely with the Pricing Master to ensure missing part codes and prices can be communicated so resolutions can be made.
  • Work closely with Product Management as required for approvals, understand products and solutions, and ensure pricing requests from Sales are inclusive of all required infrastructure and licenses, and pricing rules
  • Reconcile customer data from other internal sales databases
  • Provide other administrative support for Account Management team to ensure operational efficiencies and customer Satisfaction
  • Assists in special projects and completes other related duties assigned as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure, time sensitive environment with an even temperament
  • Must be a collaborator and able to build strong working relationships with outside sales team, internal stakeholders and customer base.
  • Experience with MS Office, CPQ, SFDC, Oracle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Oracle, CPQ, specifically for quoting and Salesforce
  • Worked across cross functional teams of 15+
  • Manages high “sales” pressure with ease
  • Good analytical (mathematical) skills and excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent people skills; communication, organization and computer skills.
  • Meticulous, can follow processes and enforce data integrity in databases
