Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Supervisor for Luxury Residential segment. In this position, you would be a key part of the sales team.

Sales Supervisor will be responsible for sales & business development of Luxury Residential market segment by primarily working with specifiers (Architects, Interior designers (IDs) & Lighting Designers) to create demand for Lutron product offerings. Primary focus of this position shall be to influence & onboard new specifiers & grow business wallet share with existing ones in Delhi NCR region. Role shall also need broad based skill of channel management & expansion tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigned sales & business development targets as well as strategic product sales targets. Drive the entire Sales cycle right from Sales lead generation to order closure.
  • Identify and develop new Specification accounts while continuing to train and grow existing accounts to enhance the quantity of Lutron influence & Specifications. Lutron should be the preferred brand for all their Luxury residential product/systems needs.
  • Build, in coordination with leader, and execute business development plans with residential channel accounts & specifiers to drive strategic product adoption across controls, shades and lighting, market development activities and Lutron product education for their team and project influencers.
  • Gather market intelligence that provides feedback to the organization to generate new ideas for sales growth in one's local market.
  • Educate, train, and conduct live demonstrations for accounts on Lutron’s existing & newest residential innovation and technology solutions to drive sales of strategic products.
  • Start to proactively collaborate with regional channel and product leaders to identify and support local strategic sales opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic account business reviews, sales meetings, and vision discussions.
  • Provide Lutron solution recommendations to meet the account’s vision and design intent. 
  • Manage & grow existing channel partners and expand the channel network in line with business expansion plans. Drive residential channel sales programs, promotions, and initiatives in the area to achieve assigned sales & specifications goals.
  • Work closely with internal team members to produce relevant documents to support customer requirements.
  • Execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility & awareness.
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of service to customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Build high level of technical knowledge of complete product range

The individual should be well-organized, motivated & dynamic person to grow, achieve and exceed Sales Goals. Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills are critical to secure projects so the individual must have the mentioned skills.

Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree in any stream, MBA in Sales & Marketing will be considered as an added advantage
  • Highest qualification with a minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or a minimum percentage of 60%
  • 5-7 Years of Sales experience in Project Sales/Consultative solution sales Business and Channel management.
  • Location preference - Delhi
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.
