Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: - Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division in Faridabad.
You will be mainly accountable for:
The IEC LV Motors Division is a global market leader focused on helping industries, cities, infrastructure and transportation increase energy efficiency. The division offers a full range of energy efficient low voltage motors, including SynRM (synchronous reluctance) motors to help customers reduce power bills and cut emissions. With rugged designs, a global footprint and application expertise, IEC LV motor solutions have a well-earned reputation of improving reliability and productivity in the most demanding applications

Your role and responsibilities

You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors Division in Faridabad.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- Good to have sales experience, A strong focus Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Require 5 to 7 years’ experience of selling Low Voltage motors in designated area.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
