Your Key Responsibilities
1.Sector level strategy development & implementation for Raw Material OEM segment
B.E Mechanical / Production/Industrial/Electrical with minimum 12-15 years’ experience in handling Major OEM customers in Metal, Mining, Material handling, Construction, Power, Paper, Transmission, Oil and Gas.
Must have a good knowledge of Bearings & Applications of these segments. Should be Customer focused with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skill.

Your Key Responsibilities
1.Sector level strategy development & implementation for Raw Material OEM segment
- Pricing decisions for segment & responsible for Profitability of the segment
- Leading Budgeting, Mid-term planning and long-term planning for Steel
- Closely monitoring sales development to OEM customer and giving direction to sales engineers
- Providing strategic direction to sector specific requirements of Product management.
- Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate Schaeffler products.
- Driving localization plan depending on market requirement.
- Interaction with Internal & External customer regarding product recommendations, service requirement, product development and quality documents
- Coordinating with Technical team for conducting technical seminars and workshops at Customer’s place for product approval/acceptance.
- Execution of solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
- Subsector Approach: Prepare strategy and execute to grow topline by focusing on new opportunities/projects in subsectors
- PEUS- Identify and execute Customer activities under PEUS Program to generate new businesses in coordination with Distribution team
