About the job - At Techdome, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about social media, digital marketing, and closing deals, this is the perfect role for you! As a sales associate, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue and helping businesses achieve their marketing goals.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a sales and marketing specialist located in Hyderabad. The sales and marketing specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relations, providing excellent customer service, training new sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
