- Coordinate with sales representatives to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze field marketing performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing and sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Agra and nearby areas.
