Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our global sales operations and generating new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong communication and organizational skills, someone who thrives on building relationships, driving leads, and enabling a high-performing sales team.

You’ll work closely with our Global Sales team based across regions, providing back-office coordination, lead tracking, and market research support, while also being hands-on with lead generation at trade shows and exhibitions.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers and distributors in target markets. Engage prospects through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with global sales managers to schedule meetings, prepare proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
  • Assist in pre-show preparation, lead capture during events, and post-show follow-ups to convert opportunities into prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead databases and track engagement metrics, ensuring smooth data flow between marketing and sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to help shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Support digital campaigns, newsletters, and product promotions targeting both domestic and international clients.
  • Handle documentation, client communication, and other coordination tasks essential for effective sales execution.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in domestic sales and marketing within the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. – Excellent communication.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a customer-focused approach.
