- Sales Target Achievement:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI Vertical.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends and solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ONE Lenovo solutions.
- Stay updated on new product offerings and regulatory changes.
- Cross-selling and Up-selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other solutions and services to existing clients.
- Promote and drive the adoption of new solutions and services.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as GEO leaders, Region leaders, Country leaders, product team, CFO, extended team, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
