Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase cross-selling of personal loans to existing customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable personal loan products
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient cross-selling processes
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for cross-selling
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the bank's CRM system
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their cross-selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of personal loan products and services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
