Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase cross-selling of personal loans to existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable personal loan products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient cross-selling processes
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for cross-selling
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the bank's CRM system
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their cross-selling skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of personal loan products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
