Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to take charge and drive exponential growth?
We are seeking a Sales Manager with 4+ Years of experience for a leading container manufacturers to develop and implement sales strategies, lead a team of sales professionals, and build client relationships to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for Coimbatore Location. We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in the Manufacturing, Automobile, or Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities.
- Lead with Impact: Inspire, guide, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring continuous growth and motivation.
- Client Engagement: Identify, qualify, and build long-lasting relationships with potential clients, successfully closing high-value deals.
- Market Insights: Analyze trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to design targeted campaigns that deliver results.
- Deal Making: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Innovation: Stay ahead with emerging sales technologies and industry best practices to refine sales processes and techniques.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts with company strategy.
- Performance Focus: Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement effective strategies to achieve higher sales conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in sales management with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, client management, and closing strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing sales teams.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms
