As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and contribute to the success of our product portfolio.

Job Overview

The Sales Manager for B2B Product Experience will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering a superior product experience to clients. This role requires a understanding of the company’s products and services, the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs, and the capability to manage long-term relationships with business clients. Experience on fitness equipment would be the add-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote B2B products, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Plan, organize, and execute trade shows for the company to enhance visibility and generate leads.
    • Attend trade shows.
    • Identify new sales leads through various channels and mediums.
    • Create inspirational sales proposals/presentations and pitch for amusement products.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with the product from pre-sale through post-sale.
  • Product Knowledge & Customization:
    • Develop an understanding of the company's B2B products and solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction for clients.
    • Offer product training, demonstrations, and presentations to clients, helping them maximize the value of the solution.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of client solutions.
    • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales staff as the team expands.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to senior leadership.
    • Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
    • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and contracts.
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation through contract signing, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. (Exp on fitness equipment would be the add-on.)
    • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, ideally with a product-based focus.
    • Experience in managing sales cycles, including negotiations, presentations, and contract management.
    • Strong experience in customer relationship management and product solution selling.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate technical product details and benefits to a nontechnical audience.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
