Principal Accountabilities
Achievement of Brand-wise Sales target with specific focus on Aatmanirbhar brands
Ensuring achievement of targets by each ABM and FO and enhancing productivity Improve
business hygiene by reducing sales returns & expiry
Effective forecasting to ensure smooth availability & distribution of products
Co-ordination with channel partners/ distribution
Ensuring achievement of collection targets
Taking measures to address slow moving products
Facilitating the performance across various therapies
programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs
Monitoring the efforts of ABMs and FOs with specific focus on ensuring a minimum doctor call average of 12
and minimum 95% MCR coverage & 95% coverage of KOLs in each territory
Develop & sustain relationships with KOLs through periodical personal visits and follow ups
Periodically track the contribution from KOLs and ensure interventions under the guidance of Head of
Department and Vertical Head in protecting & developing the business from KOLs
Periodically track the implementation of marketing programs and address the gaps if any
Channelizing the effort of team members to achieve desired results
Tracking the efforts of team members through Phyzii and ensuring compliance
Implementation of local strategies under guidance of Head of Department and Vertical Head
