Responsibilitie

• sBuild “that” sales engine, lead the sales department, execute sales and marketing strategies
• .Adhere to KPI and KRA on a timely manner and drive the Sales engine
• .Own and train CRM for the company, mentor the team to follow sales discipline
• .Sales and Marketing responsibility for Refrigerated Transport Systems including containers (Wet/Dry) focussing on monthly / quarterly/yearly targets assigne
• dDeveloping customer database, key accounts and responsible for appointment with potential customer
• sUnderstand the customer requirements and co-ordinate the sales department with engineers to provide the best solutio
• nDefine and roll out related business vertical
• sBuild strong customer relationships
• .Meeting with Automotive dealers/customers continuously to represent our capabilitie
• sAlert the management regarding the market fluctuations and oversee the challenges and opportunities
