Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to join our team at BOP GROUP. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales department, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job is based in Rohini, Delhi, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of commercial sales and residential real estate
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Delhi
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training and development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to drive integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
