Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assess client preferences and requirements to guide them toward the most fitting property options.
  • Plan and facilitate site visits to help clients explore projects and stay actively engaged.
  • Update and manage client records by maintaining a structured and detailed log of all communications and follow-ups.
  • Consistently engage with potential leads to move them through the sales pipeline and qualify them effectively.
  • Support the sales team by assisting in deal progression and contributing to overall sales objectives.
  • Stay fully informed about all company projects, pricing, and key features to provide accurate and confident information.
  • Deliver timely responses and high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
