- Certificate Course Sales: Generate new sales leads and convert them into sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
