Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Sales Executive to join our team in locations including Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Kota, Balotra, Barmer, and Jaisalmer. This is a full-time position where you will employ your sales skills to expand our market reach and drive our growth in the LED segment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in dealer appointments, showcasing a track record of establishing successful partnerships and expanding the dealership network.
- Proficiency in distributor appointment processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with key distribution partners to enhance product availability.
- Demonstrated ability in primary sales, with a strong record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Solid understanding of LED products and technologies, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
- Experience in lead generation, with a knack for identifying and converting potential leads into loyal customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the designated regions.
- Identify and appoint dealers and distributors to expand the market reach and enhance sales performance.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape in the LED segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors for long-term business growth.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, sales pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insight into sales performance and market trends.
