Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools (CRM) (Mandatory skill), with an emphasis on client interaction and data management.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for streamlined sales processes and customer management efficiencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, aimed at fostering long-term partnerships and closing deals that meet company targets and client needs.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and development of sales funnels to identify and capitalize on potential new customers.
  • Account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the effective handling of queries and issues.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales environments, demonstrating the ability to engage with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging insights to optimize sales performance and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital sales channels to reach wider markets and incorporate innovative sales approaches.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the management.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and prospects to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through regular communication and outstanding customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools and Salesforce to manage sales processes, customer data, and strategic planning efficiently.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review, analyzing performance data to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage in business-to-business sales activities, presenting compelling proposals to potential clients to secure new business cases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and service offerings.
