We are looking for motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. This job may require occasional travelling.

Job Responsibilities
- Developing BD plan to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues in assigned territory
- Identifying business prospects and creating database of potential customers
- Researching and staying updated about competing products and services.
- Communicating with customers via multiple sources such as email, chat, cold calling, social media etc. to generate leads
- Following up with prospects to convert leads into business deals through prospecting and qualifying process
- Identifying customer’s needs and providing appropriate solutions as per company’s product and service offerings
- Preparing commercial proposals as per customers’ requirements
- Engaging with customers from prospecting to deal closure
- Clarifying customer queries and negotiating the deals
- Managing customer acquisition and engagement process through CRM
- Maintaining healthy customer relationship
- Identifying up-selling and cross-selling business opportunities within existing customers
Desired Person Profile
- Any Bachelors / Masters degree with a strong flair for sales
- 1 to 3 years B2B sales experience in IT products / services
- Good understanding of digital solutions and business applications marketplace
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Out-going personality with competitive spirit
- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
