Sales Engineer

What You’ll Do

Training & Onboarding

• Engage in a comprehensive training program (1 month) covering sales processes, technical skills, and customer engagement strategies.
• Learn through shadowing senior professionals and on-site visits guided by leadership.

Territory Management

• Post-training, take ownership of an assigned sales territory.
• Develop and execute plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

 Field Exposure

• Travel extensively to understand customer needs, regional variations, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
• Partner with the sales team to generate leads
• Find and maintain prospective clients
• Provide general technical support to clients

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma; Graduate preferred
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
