What is the job about?

Drive awareness and adoption of Grundfos technologies and value-adding solutions within the Industry Division, focusing on industry-specific needs and opportunities. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration and profitability

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales Development Strategy (20%): Develop and execute innovative sales development strategies to penetrate the responsible markets and enhance profitability.
  • Market Intelligence (15%): Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and threats, leveraging data analytics tools.
  • Customer Engagement (20%): Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Development (10%): Mentor and train internal/external sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Project Management (10%): Lead business development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
  • Competitive Analysis (10%): Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand Representation (5%): Represent Grundfos at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
  • Collaboration (5%): Work collaboratively across functional areas, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Strategic Leadership (5%): Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales development team, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your Background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a large international company, preferably in the industry sector.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the native language of the area; additional languages are a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage projects and processes.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the area of responsibility
