Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with expertise in MIS for our Housing Loan division. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and managing MIS reports, tracking sales logins, and monitoring sales performance. This is an off-role position, and the candidate should be proficient in Excel and have at least 6 months of experience in the Housing Loan sector.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports related to housing loan sales.
Regularly update sales data, including leads, logins, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
Create reports on sales performance and track trends to ensure team performance aligns with business goals.
Data Analysis And Monitoring
Analyze and monitor sales logins, providing insights to improve conversion rates.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
Generate customized reports as per management requests.
Coordination And Support
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely submission of reports.
Provide necessary support to sales teams regarding MIS data and trends.
Assist in monitoring and managing the housing loan sales pipeline.
Excel Expertise
Use advanced Excel features (like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to handle and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
Create and manage dashboards for easy visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all sales data is captured and stored accurately in compliance with company policies.
Assist in any other administrative tasks related to housing loan sales as required.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in MIS reporting, preferably in the housing loan industry.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of housing loan processes and metrics.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada is essential.
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Salary Range: Up to 4 LPA (depending on experience).
Additional Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
