Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business target
s* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector
.* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and stakeholders
.* Conduct techno - commercial negotiation and closures
.* Collaborate with cross - functional teams ( technical, operation and marketing)
.* Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
.* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and business plans

Requirement

* 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development in the solar indus
try* Proven experience in EPC projec
ts.* Strong techno - commercial knowledge of solar energy syste
ms.* Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skil
ls.* Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA or M.Te
