- Handle outgoing and incoming customers'/target customers' calls and professionally interact with customers to pitch our services, address queries and provide information about our products/services.
- Manage email communications effectively, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule meetings, managing all logistical details for smooth interactions.
- Prepare and send quotations to potential clients based on their specific needs.
- Assist in handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategise and execute plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities and customer interactions using designated tools/software.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement data collection work, and market research.
- Achieving sales targets is a prime responsibility
