Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and create a database for prospective clients.
- Approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and personal visits.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of the products and services.
- Convert prospects into active clients by ensuring effective closure of sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Regularly update clients on market trends, new products, and services.
- Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Field Sales Activities:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and client needs.
- Perform field sales activities, including visiting clients at their premises.
- Organize and attend sales events and exhibitions to promote the offerings.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales activities.
- Target-Oriented: Comfortable with achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
