This job is provided by apna.co Job Purpose:As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and driving sales performance in the store. You will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain product knowledge, and ensure the store environment is welcoming and organized.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they are looking for.
Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable options based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and follow-up.
Sales And Performance
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Actively promote sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Store Maintenance
Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure that all products are properly tagged and priced.
Administrative Tasks
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and events.
