Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Manufacturing Engineering located in Kovilpalayam Plant, Pollachi.
- The role involves overseeing production planning, operational excellence, operations management, manufacturing, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Production Planning and Operations Management skills
- Experience in maintaining Operational Excellence
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
