Job Overview

Svenska Design Hotel, Mumbai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at the Kakinada location. This full-time junior position requires 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the highest standards of service in guest rooms.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Replace used towels and replenish other bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap.
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar according to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests for additional supplies or services promptly and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping manager.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored correctly and safely at the end of each shift.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering hotel cleaning supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations set by the hotel management to ensure a safe working environment.
