The RO Water Plant Maintenance Engineer position is a full-time, mid-level role based in Tiruchirappalli. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the RO water plant, ensuring high-quality water standards are met. This role requires strong technical expertise in various maintenance and technical areas, ensuring compliance and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in RO Plant Maintenance (Mandatory skill), with the ability to understand and implement complex maintenance protocols.
• Strong proficiency in water quality testing techniques to ensure the highest standards of water purity and safety.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and enhance plant productivity and efficiency.
• Expertise in managing and maintaining piping systems, ensuring seamless flow and distribution of water throughout the plant.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems for effective maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment and controls.
• Ability to conduct compliance auditing to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Problem-solving skills in troubleshooting to rapidly identify and resolve technical issues and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in technical documentation to accurately record maintenance activities and plant performance metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the RO water plant to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment to prevent unexpected failures.
