Responsibilities –
- The core responsibility will be to discover and attract talent for Corporate Functions, Ratings and Technology Hiring
- Understand the job requirements and advertise for requisitions on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about our organization, job roles, and addressing their inquiries
- Assess candidates to verify they possess the required qualifications, skills, and experience for senior and executive roles
- Scheduling online interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
- Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date
- Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates. Work closely with other coordinators on cross-functional teams
- Masters/PG (Preferably in Human Resources), 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- Expertise in executive recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Strong focus on Stakeholder Management - to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers & candidates
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity to learn Business acumen and market insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
