Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively and optimize restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Experience in inventory management, including ordering, stockkeeping, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ability to provide hands-on staff training to ensure high performance, proper adherence to procedures, and excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure the restaurant meets its revenue goals.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and ensure customer safety.
• Expertise in menu planning to curate a diverse and appealing array of dishes that attract and retain customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations and conflicts effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff, providing training and support as needed to maintain high performance levels.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as needed to meet business demands.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs to meet financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Develop and update the menu to attract new customers while retaining existing ones.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery and quality of supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and special events.
