- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives.
- Stay updated on latest research and technological advancements in plant breeding.
- Plant Breeding, Genetics, Plant Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of plant breeding principles, genetics, and statistics.
- Familiarity with crop improvement techniques and breeding software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
