Research And Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new skin care, hair care formulations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consumer needs.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on industry trends, ingredient efficacy, and regulatory guidelines to inform product development.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments, including stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing. Analyze data and compile reports to present findings.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and product specifications in compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in gathering consumer feedback and preferences to inform product development and improvements.

Competencies:

• B-Tech / M-Tech In cosmetology
• 0-3 years of experience
• Experience in skin care product development or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for skin care, hair care and a commitment to sustainability.
