Remote Sales Caller (Brand Hub) - Shopdibz

About the Role:

Shopdibz Brand Hub is looking for an energetic Remote Sales Caller to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential emerging brands, and boutiques — helping them understand how Shopdibz can boost their sales and visibility online.

What You’ll Do:

• Call prospective sellers and brands to onboard them to Shopdibz.
• Explain our brand hub benefits and assist with registrations.
• Maintain proper lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Confident and fluent in English & Hindi (conversational level).
• A self-motivated person who enjoys interacting with people.
• Basic understanding of smartphones, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.

Work Details:

• Work Type: Remote
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day (Flexible between 9:30 AM – 7 PM)
• Pay Range: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + performance-based bonuses
• Qualification: Open to all — good communication matters more than degrees.
