Knowledge of sourcing MSME customers from local markets
Willingness to do cold calls every day.
Ensure timely disbursements of loan.
Deliver quality customer service.
Achieve assigned targets.
Ensure all collections repayments are made on time as per the policy.
Other Requirements
2-Wheeler Compulsory
Basic English Local Language proficiency
Basic Computer knowledge
Relevant local market knowledge
Preferably resident of the hub locality
Qualifications
Education: Any graduate
Work Experience: Fresher-3 years
