- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs) segment is preferred

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
As a Relationship Manager-TASC, you will be responsible for managing and growing the TASC portfolio of the bank in the Dehradun region. You will be the primary point of contact for TASC clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new TASC clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Understand the financial needs of TASC clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
- Cross-sell other banking products and services to TASC clients to increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing TASC clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with TASC clients to understand their changing needs and provide them with customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to TASC clients
- Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Achieve individual and team targets set by the bank
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge of TASC segment and its banking requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
