IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Rural Business Banking team in Ajmer, Rajasthan. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business banking portfolio in the rural areas of Ajmer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business banking clients in the rural areas of Ajmer
  • Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
  • Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
  • Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to provide a seamless and efficient banking experience for clients
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry, preferably in rural areas
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of the local market and language is preferred
