IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our team in the North 1 region. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing our NRI (Non-Resident Indian) customer base in the Delhi Division of Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with NRI customers, providing them with exceptional service and support
  • Identify and acquire new NRI customers through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI customers and provide them with customized banking solutions
  • Cross-sell various banking products and services to NRI customers, including investments, loans, and insurance
  • Monitor and manage the NRI customer portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, compliance, and risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, credit, and product to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI customers
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition in the NRI banking segment to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve individual and team targets for business growth and revenue generation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in NRI banking or sales, preferably in a retail banking environment
  • Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with NRI customers
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
