IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our Retail Banking team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing our NRI (Non-Resident Indian) customer base and driving sales for our NRI business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and excellent customer service
- Identify and acquire new NRI clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling
- Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet their needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to NRI clients, providing them with expert guidance on investment opportunities, wealth management, and other financial services
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to NRI clients
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the NRI business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on NRI clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of NRI banking products and services, as well as wealth management and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze complex financial information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and any other regional language is preferred
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities
