Relationship Manager in Thoothukudi, Tiruchirappalli, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai (Hybrid)

As a Relationship Manager at Benyam Consulting, you’ll play a key role in connecting colleges and institutions with our Industry Connect programs. You’ll act as the bridge between academia and industry — helping colleges access meaningful collaborations, training programs, placements, and branding opportunities through our consulting network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with colleges, universities, and training institutions to present the Benyam Industry Connect initiative.
• Understand client needs and position relevant solutions such as placements, internships, cross-campus collaborations, faculty training programs, celebrity endorsements, workshops, and events.
• Maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers like principals, placement officers, and department heads.
• Coordinate with the Benyam Consulting core team for proposals, follow-ups, and client conversions.
• Track and report lead progress and conversion updates periodically.
