Key Responsibilities

• Manage a customer base of 300 parents and students.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
• Coordinate with subject teachers and students to ensure classes are conducted as scheduled.
• Handle class rescheduling by coordinating with all stakeholders as required.
• Gather feedback from parents, students, and teachers to improve class processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of Turito's products while meeting revenue targets.
• Control churn and maintain a high customer retention percentage.
• Maintain a tracker for ongoing and upcoming classes and communication logs across all channels.
• Adhere strictly to Turito's processes when responding to client issues.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with teachers and relevant departments for resolution.
• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and define Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Monitor team performance and enable development opportunities through initiatives.
• Prepare development plans for team members and track their implementation.
• Listen to team feedback and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Suggest and implement team-building activities.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and work with the team to resolve queries promptly.
• Conduct quality audits of existing processes and report process gaps to immediate managers.
