Job Purpose

  • To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention.
  • Enhance product sales and new client acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating sales opportunities for self and team members.
  • Acquisition: focus on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of building a large home loan book with high yield.
  • Book Quality: maintaining portfolio quality.
  • Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
  • Adopt and promote Digital.
  • Groom and mentor team.
  • Building and relationship with colleagues in other business verticals for X Sell opportunities.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Any

Post Graduation: MBA, PGDM

Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
