We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-First Wealth. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized wealth management solutions and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with customized wealth management solutions
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and events
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely and accurate investment advice to clients
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective financial advice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the areas of investments, insurance, and wealth management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of local market and industry trends
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or CFA will be an added advantage
