Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with customized wealth management solutions
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and events
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely and accurate investment advice to clients
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients
- Stay updated on market trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective financial advice
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the areas of investments, insurance, and wealth management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of local market and industry trends
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or CFA will be an added advantage
