As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business banking portfolio by building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients
- Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their business goals
- Cross-sell various banking products and services to clients, including loans, deposits, and other financial products
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and risks
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or relationship management
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the SME and corporate segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market and competition in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India is preferred
