IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-Business Banking to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business banking portfolio by building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients
• Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their business goals
• Cross-sell various banking products and services to clients, including loans, deposits, and other financial products
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and risks
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or relationship management
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the SME and corporate segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local market and competition in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India is preferred
