Job Purpose
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Automobile (Commercial Vehicle/ New Car/ Used Car) customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product, operations and underwriting teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Automobile (Commercial Vehicle/ Used Car/ New Car) business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives
Roles & Responsibilities
'- Responsible for acquiring new customers for Dealership business with a detail understanding of Credit assessment,providing end to end solutions to clients
'- Proactively resolve customer queries
'- Aggregate knowledge of competitor products , best practices in the market
'- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers

- Establish close connect with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates and various product offerings
- Generate new sales leads for Dealership business customers through referrals from existing clients.promotional activities
'- Proactively resolve customer queries
'- Aggregate knowledge of competitor products , best practices in the market
- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio
'- Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
- Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives
