- Sell Affordable Housing products
- Execute AH strategy to overachieve branch goals
- Relationship management with DSAs, connectors, and individual leads
- Monitor distribution network and plan sales promotion activities
- Handle documentation and customer support for loan application
- Coordinate with support functions for TAT and service delivery
- Provide updates to customers on loan status
- Promote customer satisfaction culture
- Maintain databases, MIS, and regular reporting
- Cross-sell insurance and related products
