Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and cross-sell banking products
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch growth
Coordinate with credit and operations for loan processing & disbursement
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 1years of BFSI sales experience
Experience in loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Gold Loan, Business Loan, Microfinance, etc.) preferred
Strong customer acquisition & relationship management skills
Local Market Knowledge & Field Sales Experience Required
Target-driven, self-motivated, and good communication skills
