Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), HNIs/UHNIs, and partners across the assigned region.
- Drive new partner acquisition and manage existing channel relationships to ensure consistent growth.
- Promote and increase sales of financial products, including:
- Secondary Bonds
- Fixed Deposits
- Mutual Funds
- Capital Gain Bonds
- RBI Bonds
- Debt Primary Issues
- Conduct training sessions and product awareness programs for partners and clients.
- Meet and exceed product sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions and service excellence.
- Prior experience in B2B Channel Sales / Partner Management.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, influence, and motivate partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
